Morning Escape

This morning I got up and all I could think about was going back to sleep. I'd been up for five minutes and I felt like I'd already done 300 sit ups and ran 5 miles. Of course all I had done was sit up from my bed and walk to the bathroom, but my body sure didn't feel like it! My roommate, Rachael, had gotten up around the same time and knocked on my door to tell me that she was going to the park to go run. When she got back she did some yoga in the back yard and I decided to get some pictures, and get out of the house for a while to get some fresh air!
