Jaclyn's Senior Pictures 8.26.12 | Northeastern Colorado Portrait Photographer

Four years ago, almost to the date of this session, I took my best friends senior pictures.  Four years later I got a request from her little sister to take her senior pictures too.

I grew up spending a lot of time around Jaclyn and her family and she has grown up to be such a beautiful and successful woman. For the last year Jaclyn has been busy with her horse and events as Miss Rodeo Logan County Attendant.

We did some pictures of Jaclyn with Abe, the horse, one her family's tractor and around her house. It was so great to be able to spend some time with Jaclyn and photograph her smiling face!

Brooklyn's Senior pictures

Again, I have fallen behind on my blog and I think it is now time to catch up on pictures from early September! So here it is!

Brooklyn had asked me to do her senior pictures almost a year ago when we were doing her older sister's senior pictures and even though I knew she wanted me to do them I was still so excited to do her pictures.

Brooklyn and I did a morning and evening session and tried out various locations and outfits and got so many great pictures! And of course once we got to the place that we were both looking forward to, I got a very bad bloody nose so we spent about 30 minutes wasting the best time of day for pictures!

Thanks Brooklyn for letting me do your senior pictures!

You can view more of the pictures from Brooklyn's session on my website at

Kayllie's Senior pictures

I can't believe Kayllie is a senior already! Even though we're about the same age it still seems like just yesterday she was running around on the playground in elementary! When Kayllie asked me to do her pictures, I was so excited! I couldn't wait to see what ideas we could come up with! Kayllie was so much fun to photograph and was up for anything!
I'm so happy with the turnout of the pictures!
Here is a preview! Enjoy!

Kayllie and I had a fun time being rebellious and looking for great places for photos in some "off limits" areas. But we sure got some great shots!

I think this one is my favorite!
