This is me

Taking a picture every day has me searching for a lot of different models and today I decided to turn to myself as a model.

I should let you know that I like being on ONE side of the camera, and that is behind the viewfinder. I am not a fan of being the subject of a photo, let alone one that I'M taking.

So sometimes you have to test your boundaries and do the things that you don't like to and one day, it won't bother you at all!

Percussion Ensemble concert

I went to a percussion ensemble today and it sure had a grand finale! Let me tell ya!

It all started with a beautiful cello solo...

..And then he started to cut open his cello..

...And then the handy men did all the dirty work!!..

I have spent the last few weekends using Scott's computer to make back ups of all of my discs form my external hard drive so I can clean off my computer before it explodes!

Let me tell you, I've gone through a ton of DVD's in the last month!!

Addicted to Technology

Another graphic design project!

I'm doing a magazine article about being addicted to technology so I asked asher to help me with the shoot. Thank you Asher for your cooperation and willingness to put duck tape on your face!

Babysitting Josh and Garrett

On Saturday Scott's family got to watch his nephews, Josh and Garrett. These are the two cutest little boys you've ever seen (next to my nephew =p).

If "Kids Say the Darndest Things" was still on TV I'm sure these two would be top on the list! During dinner we had some broccoli (and should I mention that I'm not a fan of broccoli?) and Josh and I were the 'broccoli haters club' and someone asked Josh if he'd ever had broccoli before and he said no. So Scott's mom made Josh try some and Josh asked me to try it with him. So we both dipped our broccoli in ranch and stared at each other and he said "See I like it!" and took a bite! The silly kid didn't even try it but he wanted to show me that he liked it and I didn't.

After dinner we played football with the boys and I let the boys play together and grabbed my camera to get some shots.

My roommate, Monica, and her boyfriend got engaged a couple weeks ago while Monica was visiting Asher in Germany. When they both got back to the states they asked my boyfriend and I to do some engagement pictures of them.
